Where do you ship to?

For Puriflask products, we ship to the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, the UK, Europe, Switzerland, Australia, and New Zealand.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO and FPO) or the U.S. Territories. If the address attached to your order contains a P.O. Box, a member of our Customer Care team will reach out to you for an updated address. If we do not hear back within seven days from the original order date, we will cancel your order.

When will my order ship?

Our products are made to order – so production starts on your product after the order is placed! we expect your order to ship within 2 to 5 business days.

Note: For select products, we also offer an Express Shipping service.

How much does express shipping cost?

If your order qualifies for express shipping, you will see the cost listed at checkout. It varies based on your order.

Where does free shipping apply to?

Free shipping applies to standard shipping within the contiguous U.S, Canada, Europe, and Switzerland, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories. Free shipping does not apply to handling charges, which are calculated separately at checkout.

Which carrier is used for shipping?

We use FedEx, UPS, DHL, and TNT for shipping our packages.

How do I change my shipping address?

If your order has not been shipped: Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the updated shipping address. 

If your order has been shipped: The quickest way to change your shipping address is by calling your carrier and searching your order tracking number. From there, select “Deliver to Another Address” under “Manage Delivery.”
